I love to teach what I learned
Since I was fourteen, I knew I wanted to become a psychologist. I sensed early on that I lacked a language for emotions and longed to better understand the inner life. This curiosity has guided me ever since, and I continue to deepen my understanding through learning, practice, and experience.
With over twenty years of mindfulness training, I have come to see how mindfulness can profoundly transform the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to life itself. In Relational Mindfulness, this transformative potential is amplified - as awareness is practiced not only inwardly, but in direct human connection.
I am mindfulness teacher and an author of several self help books on stress and on friendship. In my daily practice I give workshops in the relational field of psychology in Sweden and online.
